Senior Corrugator Operator (m/f)

Location: Czachorowo (Gostyń district)

Your responsibilities

• Supervision of the implementation of production, quality, and safety goals at the workstation.
• Managing the production process based on production plans.
• Active participation in process improvement programs, increasing machine efficiency, and reducing waste.
• Coordinating the work of the machine operation team during the shift.
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new employees.
• Identifying production problems and initiating corrective actions.
• Ensuring proper flow of information between shifts and supporting departments (Maintenance, Quality, Planning).
• Continuous improvement in the technology of multi-layer cardboard production.
• Decision-making within the scope of responsibility.
• Maintaining high standards and culture of OHS work.
