Senior IT Systems Engineer Network Engineer

Who we are looking for: To our team, we are looking for an experienced engineer specializing in computer networks, who will carry out tasks related to the maintenance, development, and modernization of the network infrastructure for one of our key clients. We work in a team of about 8-10 specialists, supporting a corporate environment with a wide range of technologies. The role is independent, technical, and requires practical experience working with campus networks, data centers, and modern WAN solutions. Senior IT Systems Engineer (Network Engineer) Scope of responsibilities: * Analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems related to network infrastructure. * Design and implementation of network solutions, including infrastructure migrations and modernizations. * Monitoring and optimization of network operation, ensuring its scalability, stability, and security. * Configuration management and documentation of network projects. * Collaboration with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. * Incidents and RCA – participation in resolving network incidents and analyzing failure causes. Requirements: * Routing and routing policies – you understand route-map mechanisms, route filtering, and routing preferences. * TCP/IP and Layer 2 – you have a good knowledge of TCP/IP technologies, Layer 2, and dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP). * Wi-Fi, SDN, virtualization – you have experience with Wi-Fi technologies, SDN, network virtualization, and campus networks and data centers. * SD-WAN and security – you know SD-WAN concepts, firewall principles, and traffic segmentation and control. * Projects and migrations – you have experience in planning, implementing, and migrating network solutions and collaborating with teams and vendors. * Certifications – Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge confirmed by practice is a plus. * English – knowledge of English enabling work with technical documentation and basic communication. * Driving license category B.
