We are looking for a person to fill the position:

Chief Accountant/Accountant with English

Scope of responsibilities:

• Managing the work of a subordinate team.
• Monitoring the implemented strategy of the entity in the area:
• full accounting (in accordance with UoR and US GAAP),
• tax settlements (VAT, CIT, local taxes),
• settlements resulting from the functioning of a Special Economic Zone,
• financial reporting, prepared balance sheet, RZiS,
• formal and financial control,
• reporting to GUS and NBP,
• ongoing cooperation with the Financial Director, Controlling Department, Shared Services Center, external institutions.

Requirements:

• min. 3-year experience as Chief Accountant/Accountant, gained in production company environments,
• higher economic education,
• fluent knowledge of English (necessary condition),
• solid understanding of UoR, cost accounting, tax regulations,
• very good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Word and Excel),
• practical knowledge of SAP system,
• readiness to work in a hybrid unit of the company in Zabrze,
• highly developed interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
