Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Americas

Scope & Role purpose Regional scope with global exposure . The Global Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as the strategic and operational owner of talent acquisition delivery across the region, based in Mexico and closely aligned with global HR leadership. Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based in Mexico and will play a critical role in leading and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries. This role acts as the regional operational lead for all aspects of talent acquisition, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer extension, onboarding, and post-hire support. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs and drive organizational success. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans. • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, hiring managers, and other key partners. • Designing and delivering innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent. • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. • Providing expert guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiters to ensure successful candidate sourcing and selection. • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. • Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the region, including HR professionals, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders. This role requires: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. • Strong understanding of global talent acquisition trends and best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
