Global Social Portfolio Lead

Job Description The Global Social & Community team at Gameloft is looking for a Global Social Portfolio Lead to join our worldwide network of community experts. In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of games across several studios, guiding their community strategies and leading global projects that enhance how we connect with and support our players. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor Game Community Managers across your portfolio of 3 - 4 titles, ensuring their strategies align with Gameloft’s global goals and values. You will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing community feedback to inform game development and marketing strategies. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features, as well as experience in community management and leadership. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
