Your challenge: making Supply Chain a sustainable performance driver for all Service Centers.

Reporting to the Global Service Center Manager, you will be the global Supply Chain & Inventory subject matter expert. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and harmonization of processes, tools, and practices within the Service Center network (Robotics After-Sales Service). You will also be responsible for parts availability, stock control, and optimization to support operational and financial performance objectives.

Missions:

Manage global procurement and inventory

• Supervise critical planning and procurement flows to ensure parts availability.
• Approve transfer order proposals and monitor critical work in progress.
• Define and manage Demand Planning and replenishment processes to ensure consistency between forecasts, operational needs, and stock levels.
• Be a proactive force in procurement and stock optimization strategies.
• Ensure parts availability while controlling associated costs and inventory levels.
• Manage initiatives to reduce dormant and obsolete stock.
• Define parts lifecycle management and obsolescence prevention strategies.
• Define logistics performance standards and support local teams in managing transport partners.
• Support local teams in resolving complex situations.

Develop Supply Chain operational excellence

• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and performance of Supply Chain processes across all Service Centers.
• Define, formalize, and deploy business standards for Supply Chain, inventory management, and planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for logistics, procurement, and inventory management practices.
• Identify performance gaps, analyze their root causes, and manage associated action plans.
• Promote the sharing of best practices and feedback between different regions.

Be the point of contact for tools and systems

• Act as a Super Key User for Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics tools (SAP, DDMRP, Power BI, and associated tools).
• Ensure business configuration, reference data consistency, and adherence to management standards.
• Support users in adopting and optimally using the tools.
• Develop and maintain training materials and business documentation.
• Contribute to defining the functional roadmap of tools in collaboration with IT, Data, and business teams.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation of Supply Chain processes.

Manage Supply Chain performance

• Be responsible for achieving global targets for parts availability, stock value, stock rotation, and reduction of obsolete stock.
• Lead Supply Chain performance reviews with different regions and ensure follow-up of associated action plans.
• Define and track key Supply Chain performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evolve dashboards and management tools in collaboration with Data teams.
• Analyze trends, identify operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and manage corrective actions to improve parts availability, service levels, and stock control.
• Provide regular reporting to management.

Lead strategic Supply Chain projects

• Lead or contribute to structuring projects related to processes, tools, inventory management, and logistics organization.
• Coordinate the deployment of new solutions, methodologies, and system evolutions.
• Participate in major transformation projects (ERP, logistics hubs, stock optimization, Demand Planning, process digitalization, etc.).
• Ensure alignment between the operational needs of Service Centers and the company's strategic objectives.
• Measure the benefits of deployed projects and ensure the achievement of expected results.

Profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, procurement, planning, or inventory management roles with a strong operational and project dimension, in an international environment (ideally multi-site).
• Excellent command of Supply Chain and inventory management processes.
• Good knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory Management principles.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools (BigQuery appreciated).
• Solid knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies appreciated.
