About the Role We are seeking a dynamic individual who will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our SAP SuccessFactors implementation team. This role will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of organizational change management principles. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, and possess a deep understanding of the importance of effective learning and development strategies in driving business success. Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert-level support to our SAP SuccessFactors implementation team, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems and processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize learning and development initiatives that drive business outcomes. • Develop and deliver training programs and materials that meet the needs of diverse learners, including employees, managers, and leaders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and organizational change management, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our SAP SuccessFactors implementation and overall learning strategy. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • 3+ years of experience working in HR systems, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors. • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of organizational change management principles. • Experience developing and delivering training programs and materials that meet the needs of diverse learners. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
