Job description
We're hiring: Global Project Manager | JetFeeder
JetFeeder is smart feeding technology for aquaculture — trusted by 300+ shrimp farms to cut feed waste and improve FCR with real-time data. As we scale internationally, we're adding a Global Project Manager to lead our internal and external projects end-to-end.
What you'll own:
Lead internal & external projects from kickoff to closeout
Run the follow-up meeting cadence and drive action items across time zones
Deliver clear project reporting to technical teams and executives alike
Right-size scope and process based on real operational conditions
Bridge developers, technical/field teams, and executive leadership
What you bring:
✅ PMP or equivalent project management designation
✅ International experience working across diverse cultures
✅ Proven success with developers, technical staff, and executives
✅ Judgment to scale project management to fit the situation
✅ Fluent English required — Spanish a strong plus
