Global Project Excellence Manager (m/w/d)

As Global Project Excellence Manager, you ensure that projects worldwide are executed more efficiently, smoothly, and successfully. You drive the standardization of methods and tools, the development of competencies, and knowledge exchange to shape the execution of customer orders worldwide in a more efficient and successful manner.

• Consultation with selected focus locations on strategic questions and operational implementation of project excellence processes
• Design and global introduction of systematic and sustainable improvement measures in project development
• Implementation of global project excellence initiatives at site level and ensuring measurable results
• Independent implementation and further development of the risk contingency logic in project calculation in collaboration with Finance
• Responsibility for the company-wide project risk process for customer orders
• Planning and conduct of project execution audits, as well as checking compliance with defined standards
• Analysis of recurring process challenges, identification of causes, and derivation of concrete improvement potential
• Consultation with site leaderships and project teams on optimizations and accompaniment of measure tracking
• Ensuring the further development of maturity levels at sites including reporting
