Aufgaben

These are your tasks

• Gestalten und Verantworten eines internationalen Produkt- und Markenportfolios with clear strategies, a budget, sales, and marketing plan, as well as success control.
• Promote the development, market introduction, and further development of innovative products throughout the product lifecycle and set decisive impulses for future growth.
• Develop effective marketing strategies and implement them along the entire product lifecycle, including product roadmap, launch planning, and product improvements.
• Close cooperation with research and development as well as internal and external partners and project management from idea to successful launch.
• Analyze markets, customers, and market followers to recognize potential early on and derive sound recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Control agencies and service providers, ensure a clear information flow to sales, and maintain a convincing and consistent brand and product communication.

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• A completed business administration degree with a focus on marketing or comparable.
• Alternatively, dental or medical training with relevant professional knowledge.
• Professional experience in product management, marketing, or comparable function.
• Experience in the field of medical technology or dentistry is advantageous.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• Analytical and structured working style as well as excellent communication and implementation competence.
