Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the following key initiatives: • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT, Finance, and Operations teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform procurement strategies and decisions. • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Develop and manage budgets for assigned categories or projects. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities. • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve procurement strategies and operations. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. • Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Provide regular reporting and metrics on procurement performance to stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives. • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier diversity, sustainability, and social responsibility. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Provide regular reporting and metrics on procurement performance to stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives. • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier diversity, sustainability, and social responsibility. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
