What you need to have to succeed in this role Minimum of 5 years’ experience of defining, implementing and leading Business change preferably (not mandatory) in the financial services industries. Experienced in defining/designing large scale change. Technology transformation experience of global deployments in a banking environment. People leadership experience. Ability to drive culture change and engagement. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact across all levels of the organization.
