Your profile Solid understanding of direct and indirect tax regulations across Europe & EMEA (VAT, CIT, WHT, excise where applicable) and very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models. Proven experience in finance transformation (with tangible & scalable projects with focus on Business Outcomes - not only FTEs reduction) and very strong end-to-end process knowledge within finance (Tax and Statutory, Controllership, Record to Report) Ability to shape transformation story & sell transformation benefits to stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Experience with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, AS400, Mainframe, Unix, Linux, Windows, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++, Python, R, VBA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data security, data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, dashboarding, visualization, data storytelling, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, descriptive analytics. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Improvement (BPI), Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Optimization, Procurement Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Logistics Optimization, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Receiving, Packaging, Labeling, Tracking, Tracing, Monitoring, Reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
