Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Process Improvement & Standardization Manager to lead the continuous improvement and standardization efforts across our global operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency throughout our processes, contributing to our overall operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage process improvement projects across various departments and locations. * Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. * Develop and implement standardized processes, procedures, and best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes and ensure alignment with company goals. * Conduct process audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Develop and deliver training programs to ensure consistent understanding and adherence to standardized processes. * Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and measure the impact of improvement initiatives. * Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. * Manage and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. * Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP and other operational systems. * Travel as needed to various SPT locations to assess processes and implement improvements. * Reports to the General Director. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field. * Proven experience (5+ years) in process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence. * Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). * Experience in a global, multi-site operational environment. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). * Experience with ERP systems is a plus. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
