As the Global Privacy & Compliance Manager (d/w/m), you ensure the integrity of our organization at the interface between high-emotional B2C events, global gym partners, and B2B collaborations. Since sport is based on trust, fairness, and community, compliance for us means more than just a duty: it protects the integrity of our athletes and the values that HYROX represents worldwide.

Your mission is to implement a robust compliance framework that legally secures our global growth and minimizes reputational risks. You ensure that our innovations and partnerships are always based on transparency and deep respect for personal data – and thus create the fundamental trust for our global community.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading global data protection initiatives: You drive key projects like Data Mapping, frameworks for international data transfers, and data protection impact assessments (DSFA) forward.
• Policies management: You create and maintain global data protection policies taking into account developing laws such as DSGVO, CCPA, and the EU AI Act.
• Risk management: You identify, assess, and support in resolving global and local data protection risks.
• Expert advice: You serve as a central subject matter expert (SME) and advise on complex data protection questions.
• Incident management: You manage the reaction to data protection incidents and take over crisis management.
• Compliance responsibility: You are responsible for further regulatory topics such as anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and whistleblowing.
• Business partnering: You work closely with Marketing, Events, and IT to promote a strong compliance culture in the sense of
