Global Payroll & Time Strategy Lead

Job Summary: As the Global Payroll & Time Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the global payroll and time strategy, roadmap, and execution to ensure efficient and effective payroll and time processes. This role will partner closely with HR Technology, HR Operations, and Finance teams to deliver optimized solutions and ensure compliance across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Technology and is a key contributor in the HR Technology and Operations team. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a global payroll and time strategy aligned with business objectives. * Lead the definition and execution of the global payroll and time roadmap. * Oversee the end-to-end payroll and time processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. * Partner with HR Technology, HR Operations, and Finance teams to drive process improvements and automation. * Evaluate and select payroll and time vendors, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track payroll and time performance and identify areas for improvement. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in payroll and time management. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new payroll and time systems or upgrades. * Manage and develop a team of payroll and time professionals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * 10+ years of experience in payroll and time management, with at least 5 years in a global role. * Strong understanding of payroll and time processes, regulations, and best practices. * Experience with payroll and time systems, such as Workday, ADP, or similar. * Proven ability to develop and implement payroll and time strategies and roadmaps. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage and develop a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. * Project management experience. * Knowledge of HR technology and systems.
