Role: Global Payroll (US Payroll) Keyskill: Exp into end to end Payroll, Oracle Fusion, Kronos/UKG Pro, Servicenow. Location: Bengaluru Shift: US Shift Job decription: About the role The Senior Associate, Global Payroll will deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services for multi-country populations with a strong focus on US and Canada. The role partners closely with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors, and leverages enterprise HR/payroll platforms (Oracle/Workday/SAP), time & attendance systems (Kronos/UKG Pro), and other tools to ensure seamless integration and data exchange. This includes but is not limited to: processing payroll for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, managing payroll-related benefits, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global payroll processes and systems, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
