This role is pivotal in ensuring that global trading strategies are effective, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global trading strategies, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to support trading strategies. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including traders, portfolio managers, and other business partners. Provide training and support to junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) or related field. 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, data science, or related field. Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
