At Superchat, we are redesigning how companies communicate with their customers. AI is increasingly becoming the engine of this communication. Founded in 2020, Superchat is now the platform for over 10,000 companies worldwide - from well-known brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to small businesses, dental practices, and solo founders who want to appear more professional.

Millions of messages now run through Superchat daily.

We started as a Unified Inbox - a central place for all communication channels such as WhatsApp, email, SMS, or Instagram. With the rise of ChatGPT, our next chapter began: AI Agents that communicate via chat, email, and voice with a quality that can compete with the best human teams.

Today, we are a team of around 100 employees, are profitable, and have raised a total of 18 million Euros in funding (our last funding round was 4.5 years ago - since then we have continued to grow under our own power).

Our headquarters are in Berlin.

These are your tasks:

• You actively work on the conception and implementation of global online marketing measures
• You analyze and prepare campaign results to develop concrete recommendations for action to increase performance
• You research and create interesting content for our Paid Social channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn and our social media accounts
• You keep an eye on current content marketing trends and marketing news and integrate them into our work

What you bring with you:

• You enjoy planning and creating digital content for various marketing channels
• You have initial practical experience in marketing and managing various ad channels or producing videos for social media
• You have a quick grasp and possess strong creative and analytical skills
• You speak German at C2 level and English at least at C1 level, ideally with additional languages
