Global Marketing Director (m/f/d) Oncology

Our client is a globally active pharmaceutical company in the field of oncology.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of the global brand and portfolio strategy for the oncology portfolio over the entire product lifecycle

• Management and optimization of global product launches in close cooperation with international and local teams

• Leadership of a team as well as cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other interfaces

• Building, leading, and further developing a high-performing global marketing team, as well as fostering innovation-oriented collaboration

• Presentation of strategic recommendations to senior management, as well as representing the company at international congresses and to external stakeholders

Job requirements:

• Completed studies in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business administration, or a comparable field; MBA advantageous

• Several years of experience in international pharmaceutical marketing with a focus on oncology, as well as in strategic brand and portfolio management.

• Proven success in leading global product launches and developing sustainable growth strategies

• Strong leadership skills as well as experience in international, cross-functional organizations and in stakeholder management

• Fluent German and English language skills
