Global Manufacturing Excellence Change Agent

Job description

Purpose

The Global Manufacturing Excellence Change Agent supports Manufacturing organization in diagnosing and transformation of production operations, embedding new ways of working and deliver breakthrough in production performance (develop and deploy new production management tools, processes and behaviours).

Accountabilities

Perform “fast-track” diagnostic on specific area of expertise (Production performance, Maintenance, Cost management, Mindset & Behaviours) to identify opportunities for productivity increase, ways of working improvement and define tactical implementation plans.
Direct training of manufacturing employees on standardized practices (Syngenta Production System) at shop floor and management level.
Support local Manufacturing Excellence team in developing organization capability.
Collaborate with functional experts to ensure that new capabilities are deployed (tools/processes/behaviours) and are codified in Syngenta Production System.
Promotes a data-driven & objective approach to performance management.
Perform targeted audits on Syngenta Production System. Issue recommendation for continuous improvement
Coaching of leaders & operations management consulting
Domestic, European & International travel to manufacturing sites expected – up to 50% depending on business need
