A leading global real estate firm in South Africa is seeking a Global Head of Guest Experience to develop and scale luxury guest experiences across its international portfolio. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of hotel operations leadership experience, a strong understanding of high-net-worth individual expectations, and the ability to influence design decisions. The role involves owning the guest experience vision and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver premium hospitality services that exceed client expectations. This includes developing and implementing strategies for enhancing the overall luxury guest experience, working closely with internal stakeholders such as property managers, designers, and architects to ensure seamless execution of the guest experience strategy.
