A leading global advisory firm is seeking a Project Director based in South Africa. This role involves managing complex consulting projects and advising clients on strategic people initiatives. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly from one of the Big 4 firms, and possess strong project management skills. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and engaging with senior stakeholders. Regular travel to client sites is required. The Project Director will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and external partners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in strategic people initiatives, organizational design, change management, and project management. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is required. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is essential.
