Global IT & Digital Transformation Director

Armstrong Asia is seeking a seasoned IT Director to lead their Information & Digital Technology (IDT) function across Singapore and the region. The role involves managing technology governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and analytics. Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in IT leadership with a strong track record in multi-country management and system governance. A bachelor's degree in IT and fluency in Mandarin and English are required. The position offers strategic leaders the opportunity to shape the company's digital transformation strategy, drive business growth through technology innovation, and build high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive IDT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives; • Leading and managing a team of IT professionals across multiple countries; • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives; • Overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions to drive business growth; • Ensuring the effective management of IT budgets, resources, and vendors; • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
