Job Summary We are seeking a Global Information Security Specialist to join our EU-based team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients’ data and systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about information security and has experience working with global organizations. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ security requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security controls into all aspects of our services. * Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. * Stay up-to-date with the latest information security trends, threats, and technologies, and apply that knowledge to continuously improve our security posture. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline. * At least 3 years of experience working in an information security role, preferably with a global organization. * In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies, including but not limited to: * Risk management and mitigation strategies. * Compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc. * Network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. * Cryptography and encryption techniques. * Identity and access management (IAM) systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
