We are looking for a Global Head of Structured Trade based in Boadilla. Responsibilities Defining and implementing the global structured trade strategy, working closely with the business units and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities and building trust through exceptional service. Collaborating with the SantanderCIB teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive growth. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with structured trade transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Providing thought leadership on structured trade trends, best practices, and market developments, staying up-to-date with industry changes and adapting strategies accordingly. Leading a team of structured trade professionals to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the structured trade business, ensuring alignment with SantanderCIB’s overall strategy and goals.
