Company Overview: Busbud is a leading global mobility group focused on intercity ground travel, with a mission to transform the way people connect across the globe. The group operates a B2C marketplaces focused on booking intercity ground travel (bus, train & more), used by over 100 million users. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Cybersecurity to lead our cybersecurity efforts globally. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive global cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. * Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards across all regions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity into all aspects of the business. * Provide strategic guidance and support to regional cybersecurity teams. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT teams, and external partners. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field (or equivalent experience). * At least 5 years of experience in a senior cybersecurity role, preferably in a global organization. * Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g. PCI DSS, ISO 27001). * Experience with cloud-based security technologies (Google, AWS, Kubernetes) and network security. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
