Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a global Compliance Advisory framework, policies, and procedures. * Lead and manage a global team of Compliance Officers. * Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices. * Oversee and manage regulatory examinations and inquiries. * Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. * Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. * Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations. * Prepare and deliver compliance training. * Represent the company in discussions with regulators. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in law or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services or crypto industry. * Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, such as AML, KYC, and sanctions. * Experience leading and managing a team. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with regulatory interactions and examinations.
