Rrayze is into multiple Business segment like Finance, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Start-up funding and Compliances etc. This position is with our HR Outsourcing and recruitment business. For more information about our company please visit our website at www.rrayze.com. The Global Executive will be responsible for leading the HR Outsourcing and Recruitment team in India. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improving operational efficiency, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and reporting. • Leading the HR Outsourcing and Recruitment team in India, providing guidance and support as needed. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Outsourcing and Recruitment industry. • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
