Global Enterprise Applications Project Manager

The Global Enterprise Applications Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects supporting enterprise applications across the organization. This role serves as a pivotal link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring that enterprise application projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technologies. He/she should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition, he/she should be able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies for project delivery. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with enterprise application management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project, and have knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Furthermore, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and be familiar with industry-standard project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2. The Global Enterprise Applications Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines, develop detailed project plans, manage project resources, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project activities, status reports, and lessons learned, as well as providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
