As the Global & EMEA Support Director, you will be responsible for leading the support team in the Netherlands, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. This includes developing and implementing support processes and procedures, managing the support team, and ensuring that all support activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
