Job Summary: You will be fully responsible for launching and managing a new office, attracting and retaining clients through our cutting-edge platform. Location: Any country worldwide (remote at start office-based later). Key responsibilities include: • Building and leading a high-performing team of professionals • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors • Collaborating with the global leadership team to align regional goals with company-wide objectives • Identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth and expansion • Managing budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the office • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with new market entry and expansion • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in AI, crypto, and fintech.
