Job description
Manpower Singapore is seeking a Shipping Operator to work with Brokers and oversee the operational and administrative management of vessels under fixed charter contracts, including Time Charter, Voyage/Spot Charter, and COA. You will liaise with international stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipping operations.
Key duties include tracking ETA/Delivery Notices, verifying voyage instructions, handling laytime, settlements, invoicing, and maintaining accurate voyage records throughout
