Global AQP Subject Matter Expert is responsible to develop and standardize Advanced Quality Planning process, coordinate Advanced Quality Engineers activities, define and track KPI to check AQP process effectiveness as well as launch Quality performance, trigger escalation in case of AQP risk and project Quality deterioration.

Key Responsibilities:

AQE Team Coordination

• Coordinate Global AQE activities, assign Quality representatives for CQR and Projects and optimize workload;
• Act as back up in case nominated AQE isn’t available;
• Support Regional AQP Leads in AQE team skills assessment and support gaps closure by training / OJT.

Projects Quality Management

• Ensure BCS AQP standard is reviewed, improved and updated according to Automotive standard best practices and BCS Lessons Learned;
• Ensure AQP is standardized across projects;
• Track, consolidate and review Global Projects Quality performance / KPI
• Audit AQP process compliance to standard
• Escalate to Global AQP Manager any AQP related risk or launch Quality performance deterioration.

Monitoring and reporting

• Develop and track AQP process KPI to check effectiveness as well as launch Quality performance;
• Ensure timely and consistent AQP reporting;
• Trigger and document escalation process for critical issues and rising risks.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering;
• Knowledge of Automotive industry ;
• Advanced Quality Planning and Tools, AIAG APQP handbooks, Quality Tools Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma;
• ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Customer Specific Requirements (appropriate certifications) and Customer Requirements;
• PC user (MS Office).
