Our apprentice will receive ongoing mentoring and support while gaining hands-on experience on the job, and will have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the glass and glazing industry. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about learning and are eager to start their career in a dynamic and rewarding industry. The apprenticeship will provide a comprehensive training program, which will include both theoretical and practical training, and will be delivered by experienced industry professionals. The apprenticeship will also provide opportunities for social and professional development, and will include regular reviews and feedback to ensure that the apprentice is meeting their goals and making progress. The apprenticeship will be based at Horsham Doors & Glass, and will involve working on a variety of projects and tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of glass and glazing products. The apprenticeship will also involve working with a range of materials and technologies, including glass, aluminum, and PVC, and will provide opportunities for the apprentice to develop their problem-solving and communication skills. The apprenticeship will be a full-time position, and will involve working a standard 38-hour week, with some flexibility to work additional hours as required. The apprenticeship will also involve regular travel to different locations, including customer sites and training facilities.
