At the main location in Urdorf near Zurich, the company develops and produces high-precision sensors for the analysis of liquids and gases - an essential component of modern production processes worldwide. Tasks - Fine glass processing: You produce pH glass electrodes and other delicate glass parts - both at the workbench and on the lathe. - Independent working: You process glass according to technical drawings and work instructions. - Machine operation: You use various glass processing machines safely and efficiently. - Quality control: You conduct test and inspection work using a projector and microscope, ensuring the highest precision. Profile - Education & Experience: You have completed an apprenticeship as a Glass Apparatus Maker:in, Thermometer Maker:in or Neon Glassblower:in - ideally supplemented by experience in industrial glass processing with borosilicate glass. - Fine feeling & technical understanding: You bring manual skill for working with fragile materials and possess good technical understanding. - Quality awareness: You work precisely, reliably, and conduct quality inspections with care. - Team spirit: You are team-oriented, communicative, and possess good German language skills.
