Beautiful Minds Media is a growing media company based in Munich with a strong portfolio of premium, luxury, and lifestyle media brands, including MADAME, MONSIEUR, T: The New York Times Style Magazine Germany, and GLAMOUR Germany.
With GLAMOUR Germany, which we publish under license from Condé Nast since July 2026, we produce one of the most far-reaching 360-degree media brands in the German-speaking world. For 25 years, GLAMOUR has stood for female empowerment, cultural relevance, shopping expertise, and a clear editorial stance. The brand reaches a purchasing-power, style- and culture-shaping Gen Z and Millennial target group across print, digital, social media, events, commerce, and premium partnerships. Digitally, GLAMOUR achieves up to 3 million page views, reaches over 1 million followers on social media, and has a print reach of 850,000 readers per issue. Established brand platforms include, among others, the GLAMOUR Shopping Week, the GLAMOUR Beauty & Wellness Power List Awards, and the GLAMOUR Women of the Year Award.

• Support the beauty editorial team in research, topic ideation, and implementation of beauty and wellness content for website, print, social media, video, newsletter, events, and partnerships
• Contribute to beauty and wellness topics for GLAMOUR.de and the print edition published 4 times a year – from skincare, make-up, hair, and treatments to female health, mental health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness trends
• Support in planning and implementing 360° beauty content across website, print, social media, video, newsletter, events, commerce, affiliate, and branded content
• Topic, trend, and product research for beauty articles, product recommendations, treatment guides, expert interviews, self-tests, and seasonal topic packages
• Support with beauty productions, shoots, and still-life spreads – e.g., with mood boards, product organization, sample handling, returns, briefings, and production preparation
• Contribute to social-first and video formats in the beauty sector – e.g., product tests, tutorials, trend explanations, treatment checks, routines, and event coverage
• Support with beauty-relevant shopping, commerce, and affiliate topics, as well as product lists, updates, and editorial recommendations
• Assist with SEO research, CMS work, article maintenance, product updates, teaser texts, and internal linking
• Support with organizational tasks related to press days, brand events, client appointments, shoots, press trips, and industry events
• Maintain contacts, product lists, sample overviews, PR materials, and relevant beauty industry information

• You are studying or have gained initial experience in journalism, media, communication, beauty, health, lifestyle, marketing, or a comparable field
• You are interested in skincare, make-up, hair, treatments, wellness, female health, mental health, fitness, nutrition, social media, and the life reality of a modern GLAMOUR target audience
• You have a good feel for aesthetics, products, trends, brands, experts, and relevant beauty and wellness topics
• You enjoy writing, research thoroughly, and are happy to work editorially and creatively
• You have initial experience or strong interest in social media, SEO, CMS, affiliate, commerce, and digital beauty formats
• You work in a structured, reliable, meticulous, and team-oriented manner
• You are well-organized and eager to actively contribute ideas for productions, shoots, and beauty topics
• You are eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative media environment and contribute your own ideas
• You have very good language skills in German and can also communicate confidently in English
