Job Description

The selected professional will provide high-quality medical attention in gynecology and obstetrics, accompanying patients throughout all stages of their reproductive health, from pregnancy follow-up to specialized surgical procedures.

• Provide comprehensive gynecological and obstetric care: check-ups, pregnancy follow-up, assistance during births, and cesarean section performance.

• Detect and treat gynecological diseases.

• Perform ultrasounds, explorations, and complementary tests.

• Execute gynecological surgeries such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and cesarean sections.

• Counsel patients on contraception, fertility, and reproductive health.

• Coordinate with anesthesia and neonatology, especially in high-risk births.

• Supervise residents and support the training of new professionals.

• Ensure compliance with the highest safety standards and hospital protocols.

Profile Requirements:

• Completed specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics.

• Demonstrable experience in births and gynecological surgery.

• Excellent communication, empathy, and human treatment skills.

• Mastery of the German language.

• Availability for on-call duty and emergency obstetric situations.

Competitive Salary Range:

• Employee: CHF 200,000-300,000 per annum Swiss francs.

• With private practice or high specialization: remuneration above according to profile.
