If you wish to become part of our team, we are looking for a Gardener.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Perform advanced turf maintenance activities, including mowing, rolling, topdressing, coring, and bunker maintenance.

• Use and carefully maintain a wide range of specialized golf course machinery (mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and maintenance equipment).

• Prepare the course by changing holes, moving tee markers, and checking surface quality, following established operating procedures.

• Support the management of the irrigation system, including manual watering and moisture monitoring.

• Apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and plant protection products under supervision, in compliance with safety procedures.

• Identify and promptly report any issues related to turf health, pests, diseases, or equipment malfunctions.

• Maintain order and professionalism in work areas and contribute to the overall presentation of the course.

• Comply with all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of environmental responsibility.

Required skills

• Previous experience in golf course maintenance (preferred) or professional turf maintenance.

• Ability to operate major turf maintenance equipment.

• Solid knowledge of turf care practices and quality standards required in high-level facilities.

• Great attention to detail and precision in work execution.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Contractual conditions

• CCNL Tourism Contract – Full Time, seasonal
• Gross monthly salary starting from €1590.00
