Commercial Manager (m/w/d) – Electrical Engineering

GOLDBECK SOLAR is a leading provider of turnkey solar installations on commercial roofs and free spaces. With our dedicated team, we develop, plan, build, maintain, and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe, and worldwide – tailored to the system. We are looking for you as a commercial manager (m/w/d) for our projects in Austria as a central role for building up and long-term processing of our activities. You will not only act as a representative but also be responsible for the overall project management, including planning, coordination, and control of all project-related tasks. Your main responsibilities will include: • Project planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders; • Development and implementation of project strategies and concepts; • Management of project teams and resources; • Monitoring and controlling of project progress and budget; • Identification and mitigation of potential risks; • Maintenance of relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers; • Compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in project management and leadership roles; • Proven track record in managing complex projects from planning to implementation; • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; English language skills are an asset.
