• Advising and supporting assigned commercial customers and developing individual solutions for their needs
• Developing holistic financing concepts, including sound credit decisions
• Targeted cross-selling of financial products and solutions to our commercial customers
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships

• Completed degree in business administration or bank-specific further training (e.g., Bankbetriebswirt) or comparable qualification
• Extensive expertise in commercial lending business
• Strong customer and sales orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, and analytical skills
• Strong acquisition skills and confident demeanor
