• You lead the financial accounting independently and count, record, and post all business transactions in accordance with statutory regulations.
• In addition, you manage the accounts receivable and payable, check invoices, maintain master data, and settle outstanding items.
• You create independent operating and heating cost statements and report consumption data to the metering service companies.
• You reliably handle payment transactions and debt collection by controlling payment flows, checking incoming payments, and processing claims management.
• You work with us on monthly, quarterly, and annual closing accounts, prepare informative financial reports, and coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and other service providers.

This brings you:

• You have successfully completed your commercial or real estate management training.
• In addition, you bring several years of experience in accounting, including in the real estate sector.
• Your very good understanding of numbers and secure application knowledge of common MS-Office applications, especially Excel, convince us.
• You also have very good German language skills at least on a C1 level in both spoken and written form.
• A hands-on mentality combined with independent working style rounds off your profile.
