The core task of Quality Management in the area of nursing and interdisciplinary care is to ensure continuous improvement in terms of structural, process, and outcome quality. The needs and requirements of our customers are at the center of this.

To strengthen our Quality Management department at the head office (1090 Vienna), we are looking for an experienced

Registered Nurse for Quality Management (Full-time)

• Definition, development, monitoring, and controlling of key figures and quality indicators
• Preparation, execution, and evaluation of quality audits and other quality assurance measures
• Creation, development, and evaluation of QM-relevant tools/documents
• Technical support and consultation on quality topics
• Leadership of and participation in projects as well as concept development

• University degree in Nursing or diploma in General Nursing and registration in the Health Professions Register
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (BSc/DGKP)
• Initial professional experience in a quality management environment and/or completed QM training is an advantage
• Experience in project support, concept development, and evaluation
• Good MS Office skills
• Structured way of working and high affinity for data analysis and interpretation
• Interconnected and analytical thinking, as well as a strong understanding of interfaces
• Communicative and empathetic personality with humor and assertiveness

The monthly gross salary above the collective agreement for full-time employment is at least € 3,603.00 gross, depending on professional experience. Depending on your education, qualifications, and professional experience, further overpayment is possible. The SWÖ-KV applies.
