What you can expect from us Care Development with Effect: You will shape evidence-based care standards, accompany their implementation in clinical practice and contribute measurably to the quality and safety of patient care (approx. 30%). Proximity to Practice: A significant part of your activity will take place directly in the care setting (approx. 50%). New concepts are not developed at the desk, but together with the teams, tested, and further developed. Strengthening Academic Care: You will foster the development of academic nursing by designing and implementing innovative care models, promoting interprofessional collaboration, and contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes.
