The Central Emergency Room is the first point of contact for patients in acute medical emergencies. Whether via emergency services, referral by doctors, or self-referral – qualified and urgency-oriented care is our top priority.

• Professional triage and sound nursing care for emergency patients
• Execution and assistance in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Secure monitoring and quick, level-headed action in critical situations
• Close collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of nursing, medicine, and emergency services
• Careful documentation of care and empathetic communication with patients and relatives

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, specialized nurse/health and hospital nurse, optionally with further training in emergency nursing, or a comparable qualification
• High degree of responsibility, empathy, sensitivity, and respect for working with people
• Ability to continuously optimize work processes and support team members with routine tasks
• High degree of responsibility, team spirit, empathy, and assertiveness

• Security: A permanent contract in the public service
• Remuneration: Classification is in accordance with the regulations of the TV-L. Classification in KR 7 is foreseen, depending on fulfillment of the requirements for the activity. For specialized training, there will be a corresponding classification in KR 9
