Restaurant Manager

For one of the leading players in the premium fast-casual dining sector, for the SCALO MILANO OUTLET store, we are looking for a STORE MANAGER/restaurant manager with experience in managing resources and who loves to lead their team towards achieving goals in a high-performing and stimulating environment.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and leadership-oriented Store Manager, capable of managing the point of sale and coordinating the team, ensuring excellent service standards and economic performance.

Main responsibilities

• Operational management of the restaurant (shifts, stock, procedures)
• Team coordination, training, and development
• Monitoring KPIs (orders, inventory, food cost), budget and waste management
• Guarantee of company standards
• Customer management and resolution of any critical issues
• Planning of activities to achieve objectives
• Organization and monitoring of on-the-job training
• Constant feedback sharing with the team for their development

✅ Requirements

• Experience in the role of Store Manager or Assistant Manager (preferably in the fast-casual dining sector), but candidates from general catering and hospitality will also be considered
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Results and customer orientation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or degree (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the English language

Training will take place within an existing store with the support of an experienced team and/or in the classroom depending on needs (HACCP, H&S, product training).

The Store Manager will be the interface between the business support departments and the store.
