Store Manager

In partnership with Rahra Semi Jóias, Also Hire is selecting a Store Manager to work in Poços de Caldas/MG. This is an opportunity for professionals with experience in leadership in retail, who are passionate about sales, people management, and the accessories market.

About the Job: The Store Manager will be the main reference of the unit, responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring the achievement of goals. The professional will work directly in the sales salon, engaging the team, implementing commercial strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In addition to selling, their role will be to train, develop, and supervise the team, controlling the inventory and administrative routines of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, actively participating in sales and customer service.
• Train, supervise, and develop the sales team, ensuring compliance with the brand's standards.
• Implement sales strategies, track goals and performance indicators of the store.
• Manage and control inventory, including receiving and organizing products.
• Manage the work schedule of the team, including controlling attendance records.
• Conduct alignment meetings and training sessions for the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing sales teams in retail (store manager, assistant store manager, or store leader).
• Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Experience with inventory control tools.
• Knowledge of labor legislation for managing attendance and schedules.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
• Employment Regime: CLT (Effective).
• Remuneration:
  • Fixed Salary: R$ 2,200.00 monthly.
