Corporate Tower Manager

At Mapfre, we are looking for a Corporate Tower Manager - IT who will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and streamlining the relationship between local and corporate teams for the execution of projects and the operation of technological infrastructure services, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, operational efficiency, timely delivery of initiatives, and correct management of contracts, budget, and service levels. Acts as a strategic liaison to ensure the continuity and quality of IT services.
Position Objective:
Ensure the comprehensive management of infrastructure projects, services, and initiatives aligned with corporate standards, ensuring compliance with indicators, risk management, dependencies, and budgets.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
· 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, service management, or IT demand
· Advanced English (essential)
· Technical knowledge (Project Management (PMP / Agile), ITIL or Service Management, Cloud, Windows and Linux, Databases (Oracle) and Storage, Networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi)
· Information Security
· DevOps (GitHub or other tools)
Responsibilities:
Project Management
· Coordinate and follow up on projects and initiatives with corporate areas
· Ensure timely delivery of components
· Manage risks, dependencies, and deviations
· Prepare progress and compliance reports
Service Management
· Monitor the availability and performance of IT services
· Manage critical incidents, escalations, and root cause resolution
· Ensure observability and alert automation
· Report service metrics and indicators
Contract Management
· Supervise compliance with SLAs with suppliers
· Coordinate with corporate areas for supplier management
Budget Management:
· Control the budget allocated to projects
· Manage deviations and authorizations
· Ensure compliance with financial indicators
Work location: Benito Juárez Mayor's Office
Salary: $60,000
