We are looking for a qualified Head Jurist to lead the legal department in an Agro company located in Goiânia. This professional will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and providing strategic support on legal matters.

Main responsibilities

• Manage all legal operations of the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws;
• Advise leadership on legal and regulatory matters;
• Review and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements;
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures;
• Represent the company in judicial and administrative disputes;
• Monitor legislative changes that may impact the FMCG sector;
• Coordinate the legal team, promoting strategic alignment;
• Ensure the protection of the company's legal interests in an ethical and effective manner.

A successful Head Jurist should have:

• Completed higher education in Law, with active OAB registration;
• Proven experience in managing legal departments;
• Solid knowledge of applicable legislation to the FMCG sector;
