Key Account Solution Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Key Account Solution Manager has as main function to act in the management of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and development, building strong relationships with producers and other stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet their needs and expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, market trends, and customer needs; • Identify opportunities for growth and development in key accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them; • Build strong relationships with producers, other stakeholders, and internal teams; • Ensure the delivery of solutions that meet the needs and expectations of key accounts; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies; • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth; • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ORÍGEO's products, services, and solutions; • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices.
